PhD in Agricultural Engineer and PhD in Economic Sciences, Professor at the Polytechnic University of Madrid, founder of CEPADE. Professor and Professor Emeritus in the Department of Economics and Social Sciences, Universitat Politècnica de València (UPV). He has contributed to the training of undergraduate and postgraduate students at the Escuela Politècnica Superior de Alcoi (EPSA-UPV) since 1996, being the founder and promoter of the degree in Business Administration and Management at that campus.

His research deals with multicriteria mathematical analysis and stochastic programming, contributing diverse theorems through the publication of 34 articles in indexed journals JCR (Journal Citation Reports). He has worked on financial and stock market models. Co-author of the book Multiple criteria decision making and its application to economic problems, Kluwer Academic Publishers (1998). He has been referee, among others, for magazines such as European Journal of Operational Research, Decision Science, Mathematical Programming, International Transactions in Operational Research, Japan Journal of Industrial and Applied Mathematics.
